Frequently asked questions and answers.

  Day Care is spending the day with us, between 8am and 6pm. If your pet is boarding he/she will spend the night and either half or the whole of the next day with us.

Your pet must be currently vaccinated, with an annual booster and separate vaccination against canine cough. Consult your veterinarian for confirmation.

At this time, we are unable to offer a collection/delivery  service.

Yes, this won’t be a problem, provided you advise us at least four hours before he/she is due to go home.

No, not unless you request a meal or treats. Please visit the tariff page for prices. These will be added to your daily account.

We provide Nutrience Performance for dogs and Nutrience original for cats, and treats are also available for purchase, if required.

Yes, you can bring a blanket, but no bean bags or duvet inners, or any beds containing foam slabs/foam chips. An interactive toy such as a kong, can provide mental stimulation and reduce boredom. Only one toy please.

Yes, your dog must be up to date with its annual booster and also a separate vaccination against canine cough. The vaccination book must be presented at check in. Contact your veterinarian for confirmation.

Yes, both of these are mandatory and we will require proof of these. These requirements are for the health and safety of yours and other dogs.

If you are already a customer then we will “know” your dog and how it behaves and interacts with others. If you are a new customer, then we will enusre that your dog is not placed in a situation where it can be harmed by others. The safety of all of our guests is of paramount importance.

If your dog is social and has no behavioural issues, then they will be able to have play time with others at Alrona Pet Motel.

Payment is required at drop off.

To secure a space, payment is required at time of booking.

We hope this will not happen, but they are non refundable or transferable.
